The Harley-Davidson Road Glide is the pinnacle of American Grand Touring and has been in Harley-Davidson's line-up since 1979. We are back for another Bike Check, this time featuring C Bear's 2002 Harley-Davidson Road Glide that is set up to cruise and beat the heck out of doing burn outs and wheelies. Welcome back to Vlog # 4! C Bear rolled through and we all went on a sick ride through the Santa Monica Mountains over to Neptunes Net. Get ready for some fun canyons, wheelies, burn outs, and even a run in with the law.

Take a look at Lance Coury's 2013 Harley-Davidson Dyna Street Bob. The Harley-Davidson Dyna Street Bob was introduced in 2006 with a minimalistic bobber look. This bike came with a solo seat, ape hanger handlebars, and chopped fenders. Lance's bike has been completely changed from its showroom look with many performance driven mods. This week on Thrashin Vlog #3, ride with us through the San Fernando Valley to the Santa Monica Mountains down Mulholland Highway over to one of our favorite spots The Old Place Restaurant. This time Lance invited a walk-in customer to ride with us and grab some lunch. As usual enjoy some of the scenic riding and the standard bantering going back and forth with the dudes. The Old Place Restaurant has been family owned and operated by the Runyons since the 1970's. Located in the middle of the Santa Monica Mountains right off world famous Mulholland Highway, The Old Place is a great riding destination just inland of Malibu and offers great food and drinks.

Our EZ Shift Lever improves the leverage by 25% making it easier to shift gears and find neutral. Our testing showed it requires roughly 13.5 ft/lb to move your shift peg, with our EZ Shift that number drops to 10.1 ft/lb on average.

This week on Thrashin Vlog #2 we take a ride out to Cole Seelys shop for a behind the scenes of filming for his bike check video coming soon. The following day we go for a lunch time rip to do some wheelies and then end it with our favorite taco spot. Also take a sneak peak at our all-new apparel dropping this week. Reckless stopped by the shop recently to throw on our all-new Mid Bend Aggressive Handlebar, we also put some fresh foot controls on his Dyna to dial it in.

Being that Reckless is from New Haven, Connecticut we do not get to see him often, it was nice to catch up, spin some wrenches, and talk shop.

Of course he also did some gnarly wheelies and burnouts!

The All-New Apex Floorboard, these boards were designed to have maximum ground clearance while not sacrificing the comfort of floorboards on your bike. Located about 250 miles from Thrashin headquarters is the famous Death Valley National Park. We ripped through Death Valley to Beatty Nevada for the night and then cut over to Kernville Ca the next day. Here are some cool visuals from our trip!

The Milwaukee Eight Softail platform was first introduced in 2018, while simultaneously canceling production of the Dyna Model, this bike took over the "Cruiser" category for HD. Like all Harley's they deserve to be made your own and Jess did just that.

Bike Check - Rob Scott’s 2003 Harley-Davidson Dyna 

Since Harley-Davidson stopped production of the Dyna model in 2017, the die hard Dyna riders are grabbing these bikes up when they can! Rob picked up this 2003 Dyna just months before the 80th Sturgis Rally to have a bike he could trust to make the 5000 mile road trip. This Dyna is special in that it is a 100 year anniversary edition for Harley-Davidson with it’s commemorate badging and limited paint scheme, these bike are not easy to find!

Bike Check - Lance Coury's 1992 Harley Davidson FXR

Recently the FXR has been very sought after, with riders and collectors appreciating its Erik Beull designed frame using the tri-mount and link system that had been introduced a couple of years earlier on the FLT, eliminated vibration as an issue. A very stout and stiff frame wrapped around the mechanicals, in­stead of the purer backbone designs of previous FXs(Dyna), which hung components onto the central backbone structure.The FXR Frame has less casted parts and has a lot of welded stamped steal parts. These bikes were built in the era before robots were welding everything, they were built by hand. They just don't make Harley's like they used to! The Harley Davidson FXR was build from 1982 until 1995 and was later reintroduced in the late 90's early 2000's as the FXR2 and FXR3 with limited production numbers.
