Exchange & Return Policy

All orders placed between 09/04/2024 and 09/30/2024 are FINAL SALE and not eligible for refunds. We will offer store credit for returned items, so long as they adhere to the qualifications stated below:

  • 15 day return & exchange policy from delivery date. Please note, we do not offer a pre-paid label for refunds. (EXCLUDES ALL EXHAUST SYSTEM SALES)
  • FREE size exchange for all Outerwear and Gloves. We offer 1-time Free Size
  • Exchange for outerwear and gloves. If it still isn’t to your liking, you can return the item and reorder. (EXCLUDES INTERNATIONAL ORDERS!)
  • "On Sale" items & Exhaust Systems ARE FINAL SALE.
  • Tech Support recommendations are only suggestions. All products are subject to customer discretion. We may recommend a certain product but there are numerous options. Do your research on which products will best suit you.
  • Please inspect your order upon delivery and if there are any defects, damage, or you are not satisfied please contact us within 7 days. Please see our warranty page for more details in regards to warranties.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in unused and in the same condition that you received it (parts cannot be installed). It must also be in the original packaging and have original hang cards/tags. There is a 15 day window for returns, goods must be received back at the THRASHIN warehouse within the 15 day window.
  • We will not warranty or accept any returns for products that have been modified in anyway.
  • Returns & Exchanges should be sent to 5555 Tech Circle, Moorpark, Ca 93021.
  • Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • PLEASE NOTE: If FREE SHIPPING was received at time of purchase, shipping costs will be deducted from refund amount.
  • Refunds are at the discretion of THRASHIN.
  • SHIPPING COST IS NON-REFUNDABLE
  • WHEN SHIPPING AN ITEM back to Thrashin, WE SUGGEST USING A TRACKABLE
  • SHIPPING SERVICE - WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR A LOST RETURN AND WILL NOT ISSUE A REFUND.
  • Please allow 4-5 business days for your return or exchange to be processed.
  • If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company. It usually takes 4-5 business days to post.
