15-Day Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 15-day return and exchange window from the delivery date. Please note that exhaust system sales are final and not eligible for return or exchange.
  

Free Size Exchange

We offer one-time free size exchanges for all outerwear and gloves.
  

Exclusions

  • "On Sale" items and exhaust systems are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Tech support recommendations are suggestions only. All product choices are at the customer's discretion. While we may suggest specific products, there are many options available—please do your research to find what best suits your needs.
  

Order Inspection & Defects

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If there are any defects, damage, or dissatisfaction, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. For more details, visit our Warranty Page.
  

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:
  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The item must be in original packaging with all tags and hang cards attached.
  • Parts cannot be installed.
  • Returns must be received at THRASHIN warehouse within 15 days of the purchase date.

  

Modified Products

We will not accept returns or warranties for products that have been modified in any way.

Return & Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified via email whether your return is approved or rejected. Refunds are at the discretion of THRASHIN.
  

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you received free shipping on your original order, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

  

Shipping a Return

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item. THRASHIN is not responsible for lost returns and will not issue a refund if your return is lost in transit.
  

Processing Time

Please allow 4-5 business days for your return or exchange to be processed.
  

Refund Status

If you haven't received your refund yet:
  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take 4-5 business days for the refund to be posted.
